These Terms govern your use of leaguedrafts.com and the LeagueDrafts service. By creating an account, claiming a league invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a league or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

1. What LeagueDrafts is

LeagueDrafts runs live drafts for real sports leagues: commissioners set up leagues, import player pools, and invite team managers; the service runs the draft event itself. It is a tool for leagues — the leagues themselves, their rules, registrations, fees, and conduct remain the leagues' own.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must be at least 18 to act as a league commissioner or team manager. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in method (your email account or Google account) secure — LeagueDrafts does not use passwords, so the security of your email is the security of your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

3. League roles and responsibilities

Commissioners and organizations. If you upload, import, or sync information about other people (players, managers, registrants), you represent and warrant that you have the authority, and have obtained any consents required by law or by your league's own policies, to provide that information to LeagueDrafts for the purpose of organizing and running your league's drafts. For player information, you — the league/organization — are the party with the relationship to the player and the party responsible for the lawful basis of collection; LeagueDrafts processes that information on your instructions to provide the service. You agree not to upload information about children under 13 except as league roster data for which your league holds any required parental consents, and not to invite anyone under 13 to create an account.

Everyone. You agree to use league data only for participating in that league. Player pools, contact details, ratings, and draft boards are made visible to you so a draft can run — not for marketing, republication, or any use outside the league.

Invite links. League join links are bearer credentials: anyone holding the link may be able to claim a spot, subject to limits the commissioner sets. Share them only with the people you intend to invite. Commissioners can pause links and remove members at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: access or attempt to access other leagues' or users' data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except through responsible disclosure to [email protected]; scrape or bulk-export data you do not administer; interfere with a live draft you are not a participant in; upload malicious files or content; use the service to violate any law or others' rights; or resell the service without our written agreement.

5. Fees and payments

Core features are currently offered on the plans published at leaguedrafts.com/pricing, which may include free and paid tiers. When paid plans are active: fees are as published at the time of purchase; payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; paid drafts and subscriptions are for the league/organization that purchases them. Refunds: if a paid draft event fails to run because of a LeagueDrafts outage or defect, we will, at your choice, re-run the draft at no charge or refund that draft's fee — and unused annual subscription time is refundable pro-rata on request. We may change pricing prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to an already-purchased draft or an in-progress subscription term.

6. Your content and our license

Leagues and users retain ownership of the content and data they provide (player pools, league settings, boards, notes). You grant LeagueDrafts a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide and support the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage information to operate and improve the service. The LeagueDrafts software, design, and branding are ours; we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The service interoperates with third parties (Google sign-in, email delivery, and, where an organization connects one, league-management systems such as TopScore/Ultimate Central). If your organization connects a third-party system using the organization's own credentials, the organization represents that it is authorized to do so and directs LeagueDrafts to access that system on its behalf. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service reliable — drafts are live events and we treat them that way — but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may modify features over time; if we discontinue a paid feature mid-subscription, Section 5's refund terms apply. Support: [email protected].

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy for deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or are required to be terminated by law — where practical, we will avoid doing so in the middle of a live draft. Sections that by their nature survive (5–6, 10–13) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LEAGUE OPERATIONS, RULES, AND CONDUCT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LEAGUE, NOT LEAGUEDRAFTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (b) LEAGUEDRAFTS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $50 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AND DO NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR A PARTY'S FRAUD OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

12. Indemnification

If you are a league, organization, or commissioner, you will defend and indemnify LeagueDrafts against third-party claims arising from: player or registrant data you provided without the authority or consents required by Section 3; your league's operations or conduct; or your violation of these Terms. This does not apply to claims caused by our own breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally (email us first — most things are fixable) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Clark County, Nevada or remotely. You and LeagueDrafts each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance. The then-current Terms are always at leaguedrafts.com/terms.

15. Miscellany

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy (and any signed agreement between LeagueDrafts and your organization, which controls over these Terms if they conflict) are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale; you may not assign them without our consent. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
